Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. None has appeared on behalf of informant despite taking case in revised list. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 61 of 2025, under Sections 74, 115(2) BNS and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, P.S.- Kudhfatehgadh, District- Sambhal, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The age of victim is stated to be 17 years but in fact she is a major girl. In her statement recorded under Section 180 BNSS, victim has stated that on the night of 04.04.2025 after a music ceremony while she was going to her home, applicant has caught her and did cherchar with her. In her statement recorded under Section
