The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 483 of 2013, under Section - 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station - Kotwali City, District - Muzaffar Nagar, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version 200 kg beef was recovered from a Maruti car and applicant and co-accused persons ran away from the car. Learned counsel submitted that the alleged incident is wholly false and applicant has absolutely no knowledge about this case and charge-sheet was submitted in the year 2013.
