The instant bail application, under Section 483 B.N.S.S., has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 55 of 2025, under Sections 109, 3(5) B.N.S., Section 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act & Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Mansoorpur, District- Muzaffar Nagar during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of 35 kg. beef and a calf has been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and five accused. Recovery of a country made pistol and a live cartridge has also been shown from the personal possession of the applicant. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery.
