Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of 154.94 gram alprazolam tablets has been shown from the applicant. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. The mandatory provisions of Section 50 of the N.D.P.S. Act have not been complied with.
