The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 01 of 2025 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 526, 201, 120B, 411 IPC and Sections 66C, 66D I.T. Act, P.S.- Cyber Crime Police Station, District- Ghazipur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant-accused that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, applicant and co-accused persons have indulged in committing on-line cheating by making calls to several persons.
