Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No. 12 of 2025, under Sections - 3/5A/5B/8 Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station - Naugarh, District - Chandauli, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. According to prosecution version six cow species animals were being transported for purpose of slaughtering. The applicant was not arrested at the spot. Co-accused Nageshwar Bind, who was arrested at the spot, has already been granted bail by the co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.04.2025, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.10223 of 2025. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. L
