This bail application has been moved on behalf of the applicant in Special Sessions Trial No. 13 of 2015, arising out of Case Crime No. 31 of 2015, under Section - 8/20 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Police Station - Jalalpur, District - Jaunpur, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in this case applicant was granted bail vide order dated 06.04.2015 and he was appearing before the Trial court but later he has fallen ill and that he is a resident of State of Bihar. Applicant has gone to Bihar and thereafter he could not know the date of the case fixed before the Trial court.
