The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 81 of 2025, under Section - 3/5/8 of U.P. Cow Slaughter Act and 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, police station - Munda, District - Moradabad, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, 60 kg beef was recovered from applicant and co-accused persons.
