The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 25 of 2024, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of B.N.S. and Section 66D of I.T. Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District Maharajganj, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The applicant has no criminal antecedents. The applicant is in jail since 03.03.2025 and in case he is enlarged on bail, he will not misuse the said liberty. 4. Learned brief holder has opposed the prayer for bail.
