Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No. 91 of 2025, under Sections - 85, 89, 115(2), 352, 351(2) and Section - 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station - Auraiya, District - Auraiya, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant-accused on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has not committed any offence. Applicant is husband of the complainant and their marriage has taken place on 29.01.2024 under "Mukhyamantri Samuhik Vivah Yojna" and the allegations of dowry demand and harassment of complainant are wholly false.
