This application has been filed seeking bail in Case Crime No. 76 of 2025, under Sections 3/5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, Police Station - Shyamdeorwa, District- Maharajganj. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The applicant neither persuaded nor converted any individual to another faith. A vague role has been assigned to the applicant. The instant prosecution has been instituted only for the purposes of harassment. The criminal history of the applicant has been explained in para no. 2 of the supplementary affidavit. The applicant is in jail since 20.03.20
