The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 0013 of 2025, under Sections 3/5-A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, police station Bekanganj, District Kanpur Nagar with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The alleged recovery of 153 kilogram beef from the applicant and co-accused persons is false and baseless and that there is no independent witness of alleged recovery.
