The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 131 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 IPC and Section 66-D of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District- Agra, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant-accused argued that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It was submitted that six accused persons were implicated in this case on the basis of recovery of mobile phones, one laptop, one diary and Rs.4 lacs from their possession. The case is triable by the Court of Magistrate. Co-accused, Pushkar Singh, Devesh Dhakre and Ajay Kumar have already been enlarged on bail by this Court, copies of which are available on record.
