The instant bail application, under Section 483 B.N.S.S., has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 42 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station- Chilh, District- Mirzapur during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The name of the applicant was disclosed by co-accused Nanhe Alam Khan, who was arrested at the spot. The said statement, insofar as it implicates the applicant, is unreliable.
