Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 15 of 2025, under Section 8/22 of N.D.P.S. Act, police station Mirzapur, District Saharanpur with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It was submitted that recovery of 108 gram charas is said to have been made from possession of the applicant, which is less than commercial quantity. It was submitted that the alleged recovery is false and baseless and that there is no independent witness of the said recovery. It was stated that the mandatory provisions of N.D.P.S. Act, including Section 50 of the N.D.P.S. Act have not been complied with. Criminal history of ten cases sh
