The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 263 of 2025, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 12(1)(a)(b) of Passport Act, police station Khorabar, District Gorakhpur with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, applicant was having a passport but he has obtained second passport by concealing that fact and by using fake and forged documents. It was submitted that applicant has applied for second passport in a bona fide manner. There is no evidence that applicant has committed any forgery.
