Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 499 of 2024, under Section 8/20/25/29/60 of N.D.P.S. Act and Sections 61, 319, 318, 338, 336, 340 BNS, police station Naini, District Prayagraj with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It was submitted that recovery of 56.770 kg ganja is said to have been made from the possession of the applicant and co- accused persons. It was submitted that the alleged recovery is false and baseless and that there is no independent witness of the said recovery. It was stated that the mandatory provisions of N.D.P.S.
