The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 215 of 2025, under Sections 190(1), 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 333, 324(3) BNS and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, police station Lisarigate, District Meerut with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The first information report was lodged against five named accused persons, including applicant and some unknown persons, alleging that on account of previous dispute on 02.04.2025 accused persons have made firing and one Shaukeen has sustained firearm injuries.
