Heard Mr. Abhay Krishna Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Mr. V.P. Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The instant bail application, under Section 483 BNSS, has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 453 of 2024, under Sections 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District- Bulandshahr, during pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the First Information Report. The applicant was arrested on 11.08.2024 in Case Crime no. 0469 of 2024, under Section 109 B.N.S. and under Section 3, 4, 25 Arms Act, P.S. Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahr and has been falsely implicated in the present case. At this stage except the confessional statement of the applicant in po
