The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 17 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 352, 109(1) BNS, Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, police station Kithore, District Meerut with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant-accused that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The first information report was lodged against six named accused persons, including applicant and some unknown persons, alleging that they came at the house of informant, hurled abuses and assaulted the brother of informant and that firing was also made.
