The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 240 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 U. P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Section 325 BNS, Police Station- Syed Raja, District- Chandauli, during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is the owner of the alleged vehicle bearing registration no. U.P. 64 BT 7395. False recovery of livestock has been shown from the said vehicle. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. The driver of the alleged vehicle namely Rohit Yadav has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.04.2025 passe
