The instant bail application, under Section 483 B.N.S.S., has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Range Case No. 15 of 2024-25, under Section 9/51 Indian Wild Life Protection Act, 1972, Police Station- Range Gauna Range, District- Lalitpur during pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. On the basis of information furnished by the informer the name of the applicant surfaced.
