Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri N.K. Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The instant bail application, under Section 483 B.N.S.S., has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 70 of 2025, under Sections 109, 352 B.N.S., and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Lalitpur during pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. As per the contents of the first information report, the applicant was alleged to have caused injury to Chandresh Jain and Pushpendra by firearm. As per the med
