Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Sarpataha, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of 42 kg beef and instruments used for slaughtering has been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and four co-accused. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. There is no F.S.L. report to establish that the recovered substance was prohibited cow meat.
