The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2025, under Sections 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) of B.N.S. and Section 66D of Information Technology Act, Police Station- Cyber Crime, Fatehgarh, District- Farrukhabad, during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. No amount was credited in the account of the applicant. The applicant is not the beneficiary of the illicit transaction.
