By means of the the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 204 of 2024 at Police Station- Khatauli, District- Muzaffarnagar under Sections 302, 120-B I.P.C. The applicant is in jail since 21.05.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 21.12.2024. The following arguments made by Sri Dushyant Singh, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Shashi Dhar Pandey, learned AGA from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The applicant is the aunt of the victim. 2. The applicant was falsely nominated in the FIR on account of a family dispute and solely on the basis of suspicion.
