The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No. 17 of 2025, under Sections - 61(2), 316(2), 316(5), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) B.N.S. and Section - 65 I.T. Act, Police Station - Lalganj, District - Mirzapur, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant-accused on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant is not named in the first information report, which was lodged against Alok Kumar Singh, Manish Mishra, Rajeev Kumar Mishra and Pankaj Shukla. Applicant has gone to the Toll Plaza to see off his brother and he was implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion.
