The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 26 of 2025, under Sections 317(2), 317(4), 317(5) BNS and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Saifai, District- Etawah during pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of a motorcycle, driven by co-accused Sunil Kori @ Sarvesh has been shown. The applicant was the pillion rider of the said motorcycle. Recovery of a knife has been shown from the personal possession of the applicant and a motorcycle's engine has also been shown from the joint possession of the applicant and co-accused Sunil Kori @ Sarvesh.
