Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 78 of 2025, under Sections 317(4), 317(5) BNS and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Garhmukteshwar, District- Hapur, during pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. False recovery of 36 quintal cable/wire has been shown from two vehicles. Applicant was a passenger in one of the vehicles. Recovery of a country made pistol and a live cartridge has also been shown from the possession of the applicant.
