Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No. 53 of 2024, under Section - 08/20/22 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Police Station - Rail Bazar, District - Kanpur Nagar, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant-accused on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that applicant is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. According to prosecution version, illicit 'ganja' was being brought in the bus and when the police intercepted the said bus, applicant and co-accused Matmoon Miyan have run away from the bus and from their bags, total 24.900 kilograms of 'ganja' was recovered. Learned counsel has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated merely because the ticket of bus was shown in the name of applicant. The
