The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 676 of 2024, under Section 2(kha)(i), 2(kha)(iv), 2(kha(xi) and 3(1) of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Geeda, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
