The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 72 of 2025, under Section 2(kha)(i), 2(kha)((iv), 2(kha)(viii), 2(kha)(xi) and 3(1) of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Gorakhnath, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of the trial. 4.
