The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No. 79 of 2025, under Sections - 08/13(4) of Uttar Pradesh Public Examination Act, Police Station - Bidhuna, District - Auraiya, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant-accused on bail. 3. it is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, applicant was found taking examination in place of one Kuldeep Kumar. There is no C.C.T.V. footage to prove the alleged version. Learned counsel has referred facts of the matter and submitted that there is no credible evidence against applicant.
