The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No. 50 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 125, 352, 115(2), 3(5) BNS, Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Sections 3, 25, 27 Arms Act, P.S.- Sikandrabad, District- Bulandshahr with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, two groups were indulging in fight against each other and both sides have sustained injuries. Applicant is not named in the first information report.
