Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No. 0183 of 2025, under Sections 3/1 U.P. Gangster and Anti-social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S.- Robertsganj, District- Sonbhadra with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant-accused argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. In Gang chart one case has been shown against applicant and the same is not heinous in nature. In the case shown in Gang Chart, applicant - accused has already been granted bail. Referring to facts of the matter, it was submitted that there is no credible evidence to show that applicant – accused falls within the ambit of Gangster.
