The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 87 of 2025, under Sections 109, 331(7), 118(1), 62(2) B.N.S. and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station C.B. Ganj, District Bareilly during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The name of the applicant was disclosed by co-accused Ram Singh in the police custody. The said statement insofar as it implicates the applicant is unreliable. As per the medical report, the injuries sustained by the injured were simple in nature. Further, identically placed co-accused Chhote has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 22.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
