Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of livestock has been shown from a Pick-up vehicle. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery. Co-accused Ashok Chaudhary has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 26.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
