The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 11 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and 11 Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station Navgarh, District Chandauli during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The name of the applicant was disclosed by co-accused persons who were arrested at the spot. The said statements insofar as they implicate the applicant are unreliable. False recovery of livestock has been shown from the co-accused persons, who were arrested at the spot. There is no independent witness to the alleged recovery.
