The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No. 61 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420 IPC and Section 66-D I.T. Act, P.S.- Jhunsi, District- Prayagraj with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, the applicant was a candidate in Police Recruitment Examination and he along with co-accused persons has indulged in illegal unfair means in the said examination by way of electronic equipments.
