Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 0128 of 2025, under Sections - 8/20/29/60 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Police Station - Akrabad, District - Aligarh, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. According to prosecution version 26.800 kg. 'ganja' was recovered from the car. Said car belongs to co-accused Ravi Kumar. Applicant was merely travelling in the said car. There were five occupants, including applicant, in the said car. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. The provisions of Section - 50 NDPS Act have not been complied with. Referring to facts of the matter, it was submitted that
