The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 60 of 2024, under Sections - 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C. and Section 6/10 U.P. Public Examination Act, Police Station - Shahpur, District - Gorakhpur with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, in Radio Operator Recruitment Examination, applicant was one of the candidate and in his place co-accused Vijay Kumar Rai was found taking examination.
