The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No. 01 of 2025, under Section - 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S.- Khurja Nagar, District - Bulandshahr, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant-accused argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. In Gang chart four cases have been shown against applicant and the same are not heinous in nature. In the cases shown in Gang Chart, applicant - accused has already been granted bail.
