By means of this application, the applicant, Kamlawati Devi, who is involved in Case Crime No. 206 of 2024 (Sessions Trial No. 1519 of 2024) u/s 498-A, 304-B, 302, 120- B I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station- Paniyara, District- Maharajganj, and is in jail since 18.06.2024, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Anamika Paswan, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 23.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 40797 of 2024.
