The present Acquittal Appeal has been filed by the State under Section-378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, challenging the judgment and order dated 31/12/2007 passed by learned Special Judge, 2 nd Fast Track Court, Valsad (hereinafter referred to as “the Trial Court”) in Special Corruption Case No.6 of 2004. By way of the impugned judgment and order, the accused has been acquitted of all the charges levelled against him unde
