The present recall application has been filed by five persons who were not party to the writ proceeding but the main relief in the petition was against one of them namely Bhola Nath Yadav. The writ petition was disposed of by providing that the plea of the petitioner that Bhola Nath Yadav, appliacnt no.1 herein was in illegal possession over a pathway would be examined by the Development Authority strictly in accordance with law. 2.
