The petitioners have already made a representation dated 02.07.2025 before the Chairman /Municipal Commissioner, Street Vending Committee, Lucknow Nagar Nigam, Lucknow, contained as annexure no. 6 to the writ petition. 3. Learned counsel appearing for Nagar Nigam has stated that the representation made is pending before the Nagar Nigam. 4. Nagar Nigam is expected to take a decision on the pending representation made by the petitioners, expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month from today. It is further provided that in case the petitioners fulfill the necessary criteria, they may be considered for re-location as well.
