When the present petition came up before this Court on 05.06.2008, relying on the interim orders passed in identical Writ Petitions No. 25602 of 2007 and 58773 of 2007, the interim order was granted. The said two writ petitions stand dismissed for non prosecution on 01.02.2023 and 08.02.2023 respectively. 2. In view of the fact that the matters, based on which the interim order was granted in the case in hand, have already been dismissed for non prosecution and none is present for the petitioner, the present petition is also dismissed for non prosecution.
