This petition has been filed for following relief: "TO ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent concerned to decide the Securitization Application No. 161/2024 on 1.2.2024 (M/s Samriddhi Enterprises and others Vs Authorized Officer- Punjab National Bank) within stipulate pcriod as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
