By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has questioned the order of transfer dated 15.06.2025 on the ground that petitioner remained posted only one year in district Hapur and so he could not have been considered for transfer as per transfer policy and secondly he has to appear in so many cases as witnesses where he had conducted raid being in a position of Chief Food Security Officer. It is further contended that the petitioner's wife is ailing as suffering from brain stroke and is currently under treatment at Meerut and at times he also has to take her to AIIMS, New Delhi.
