This writ petition invites cost not only on petitioner but on the filing counsel Sri Satya Prakash Sharma, Advocate also though he is a very experienced Advocate. 2. Petitioner has suppressed that he has approached earlier for similar relief or akin to relief sought in this writ petition and not only earlier writ petition was dismissed by Single Judge on 04.07.2024 but the Appeal thereof was also dismissed by Division Bench on 13.08.2024. 3. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed with cost of Rs. 5,00,000/- upon petitioner which will be paid in District Legal Services Authority, Agra and Rs. 1,00,000/- on learned counsel for petitioner which will be paid in High Court Bar Association. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner has extended unconditional apology, hence, cost of Rs. 1,00,000/- imposed upon him is exempted, however, so far as cost imposed on petitioner
